We Can Always Be

When things are tough, it's hard to stay mindful.

We get caught up in our feelings, worries, and doubts.

But even in the thick of things, we can always find a calm place inside. 

We can always be.

We can always be here and now, even if just for a little bit.

We can focus on our breath, feel our bodies, and notice our thoughts without judging them.

These small steps create a peaceful spot inside even when everything around us is crazy.

We can always be kind, to ourselves and others.

When we feel upset inside, it's easy to get angry or shut down.

We can always be.

Remember, even when the world feels messed up and unpredictable, you can always be. 

And in that simple act of being, you'll find strength, peace, and a strong connection with yourself.

We can always be.
