Happy Just Being grew out of our own frustration. We tried. We quit. We tried again. eventually we found a way to make it simple enough to stick.

One of the biggest things we kept hearing from people, and feeling ourselves, was this..."I can't tell if it's even working." That doubt that creeps in after a few sessions and makes the whole thing feel pointless. We've been there. And a big part of what we do here is help you actually feel the difference your practice is making.
