Don’t Try To Be Mindful All The Time

“You do not need to search for what is already here.” –Ram Dass

The moment mindfulness becomes something you are doing, it turns into effort. The mind starts checking in. Am I present enough? Am I aware right now? That quiet monitoring pulls you out of simple being.

When the effort drops, nothing is lost. Experience keeps moving on its own. Sensations arise. Thoughts appear. Emotions pass through. Awareness is already part of all of it.

Mindfulness does not disappear when you stop trying. It becomes more natural.

Life is already happening through you.

Let go.

Just be.
