There’s Meaning in the Mess

Welcome to Today’s Moment of Joy! 🌼
There are days when life just feels like too much. The air feels thick. Everything weighs a little heavier. Even the small stuff can feel like a mountain.
And when I’m in those spaces, I don’t want advice or solutions. I don’t need to be fixed. What helps most is someone sitting beside me in the dark saying, “I see you. I’ve been here too.”
This is the reminder I keep close: even when it feels heavy, there’s meaning in it. Maybe not right away. Maybe not something you can name or make sense of right now. But that doesn’t mean it’s meaningless.
Sometimes the slow, quiet parts of life hold the deepest growth. Sometimes the tender, exhausted moments are where we learn what we really need. Sometimes just making it through the day is a kind of strength we forget to honor.
So today, if life feels hard, give yourself permission to pause. To breathe. To not push through like everything’s fine. You’re allowed to feel it. You’re allowed to not know what comes next.
There’s meaning in this part too.
