Close your eyes. Inhale deeply. Let the air fill your lungs. Then, exhale and let go of everything that feels heavy.

When was the last time you allowed yourself to just be? No distractions. No pressure to be productive. Just sitting, breathing, and remembering what truly matters.

Maybe it’s the people you love. Maybe it’s the little joys, the warmth of the sun on your skin, the sound of laughter, the quiet moments that often go unnoticed. These are the things that make life meaningful.

So today, give yourself permission to slow down. Take a deep breath. And remember, you don’t have to do it all. You just have to be.
