Cold Morning Quiet

There’s something about cold mornings that makes presence easier. The air wakes me up, the silence holds me, and I don’t feel the same need to rush ahead.

Presence doesn’t always come from effort. Sometimes it comes from conditions that gently insist you pay attention. The cold wakes you up. The stillness holds you. And for a few minutes, that’s enough.
